Whether you're training for a sprint, Olympic, 70.3, or full Ironman triathlon, we've built this new CTS camp product - using proven CTS performance testing, training and data analysis - to get your training season off to a strong and productive start. Establish baseline markers for your training and accurately determine your training intensities, and your strengths, and weaknesses as a triathlete so you can move into the season with purpose. You'll walk away from this camp with the tools you need to become a faster, stronger, and more successful triathlete.

CTS camps are nothing like the typical "clinic" structure that has existed in the triathlon space up until now. This is your chance to immerse yourself in triathlon for a weekend: you'll train, test, recover, eat, and focus on triathlon just like the pros do. And you'll leave mentally and physically prepared to apply the lessons you've learned to your training at home.

And if you are planning on racing an Ironman 70.3 event in 2011, attending this camp entitles you to a registration slot in any North American Ironman 70.3 race in 2011 (except Texas). Registration slots for 2011 Ironman races are available for an additional fee with this camp - even the sold-out ones.

And since nutrition is the great nemesis in triathlon and brings athletes of all abilities to their knees, you'll receive a complete "Race Day Nutrition Plan" that's specifically designed for you and the event you're training for. This CTS race day nutrition plan can be an invaluable key to your success on race day.

The camp is two and a half days of training and presentations, and is open to athletes of all ability and experience levels. All training sessions and presentations will leave from the CTS Colorado Springs Training Center.

Our two-and-a half day triathlon performance camp welcomes triathletes of ALL LEVELS, from beginners to advanced. We highly recommend that your bicycle be equipped with a 12-27 cassette, and/or a compact crankset, for this camp.

 
The weather during this time of year can vary from 50-85 degrees, and although rain showers can sometimes pass through at higher elevations. Be sure to come prepared for all weather conditions.
