This is the second clinic of the triathlon clinic series. We will continue where we left off in clinic one, but those newbies who did not attend the first clinic will be able to jump right in. This clinic will offer swimming instruction, transition instruction and demonstrations, training outlines, race day nutrition, and equipment recommendations. Participants will receive a 12 week sprint triathlon training plan. There will be a swim only clinic for experienced triathletes.
