Triathlon : Swim 10 Minutes, Bike 25 Minutes, Run 20 Minutes |
2017 Progressive Race Series - if you are an avid triathlete or someone who is intertested in trying something new, this race series is for you. We provide a safe, challengeing and fun environment for all participants.
Arrive at 4:30 p.m. in Studio 5 to allow time to set up transition area and warm up. Races beginning at 5 p.m.
4:30 pm arrivval time to allow you time to set up. Park your vehicle and enter at our back entrance, stop at the desk to sign in. You will be directed to STUDIO 5 where you will set up T1 and T2.
4:40 pm Brief race meeting in Studio 5, as well as get body marked and receive your race number. After the meeting you can head to the locker room to change (use the locker rooms that are located by the pools).
4:50 pm Jump in the pool for your warm up
5:00 pm Race Starts Promptly
The swim will take place in our indoor six lane lap pool.
For the bike, you have the option to ride your own bike (we provide the cycle ops trainer) or we can supply you with one of our RPM bikes.
The run takes place on our indoor jogging track or you may use one of our treadmills if you prefer.
The transition from swim to bike is 6 minutes, giving each athlete ample time to get ready. The transition from bike to run is 3 minutes.
