Course Information:
Packet information pickup is Wednesday, February 9th 5-8:30pm.
(If you cannot make the pick up time on Wednesday, you can pick them up during open hours at the

Fee includes: long sleeve t-shirt, trophies for winners of each age category and a two hour swim party for all participants and their families at the
Distances:
Swim 500 yards
Bike - 10 miles on stationary bikes
Run 5 K on tread mills
Awards:
Awards will be given for top male and female in each age division and award for top team.
Results and awards will be presented at the Urbandale City Swimming Pool after the last competitor or relay team has finished and results are calculated. The swimming party will start immediately after the Awards are presented.
Starting Times:
Every 15 25 minutes beginning at 6:00am. (Times are assigned in your packets. Please be punctual.)
