2011 Do It in the Woods Off-Road Triathlon:

We're taking it off the streets and into the woods to Burlingame State Park for this off-road adventure.

Burlingame hosts some of the greatest trail riding & running in the Northeast.

Working with mountain biking mavens of NBX, this 14 Mile swim or 1 mile Kayak; 8 mile Bike & 5K Trail Run is going to show you how much fun it is to do it in the woods!

Course Information:

2011 Race Course:

SWIM:

The swim and kayak will take place in beautiful Watchaug Pond.

BIKE:

The 8 mile single-loop Mountain Bike will contain technical sections, rolling hill, and some climbing.

RUN:

The 3.1 mile trail run will also contain technical sections of rocks and roots as well as bridge sections to get you through the woods to the finish!

Other Info:

All athletes, including all relay members, must be active members of USA Triathlon. If you are not a member of USAT Triathlon at the time of registration, you must purchase a one-day license in the registration process.

Packet Pick-Ups will be held on Friday and Saturday, September 29th and 30th from 4pm to 7 pm at NBX; Race Morning from 7:00am to 8:30am. After 8:30 am, you will not be able to pickup your packet.

You must bring a valid ID and your USAT Card.

There will be race day registration for $95.00, but please call ahead to confirm that spaces are available, as we anticipate this race to sell out quickly!
