2011 Delta Lake Triathlon:

New this year...a sprint wave!

Go to the website for www.atcendurance.com for complete details. Team relay information is also available on the website. Last year, we had 30 teams in the relay, a very high demand event.

Course Info:

Overall, a very fast course.

Mirror-like swim.

Fast bike course with a few rollers.

Finish with a completely flat run.

Directions:

Take the NYS Thruway to Rome, NY via Exit 32 or 33.

Follow the signs for NYS route 46 north and Delta Lake State park is on the left approximately 5 miles outside the city of Rome.

What a great race! Well run and organized as well as a ton of fun. Fast course at a great venue. We can't wait to sign of for next year.....Thanks and looking forward to an even bigger race next year. Paul B.
