_ 2017 Southwest Indiana YMCA Indoor Triathlon & Duathlon:
The indoor triathlon offers a spin on the traditional triathlon. Participants will compete based upon distance completed within an allotted time frame, competing against athletes of all ages and overall placement.
Course Information:
Sprint Triathlon:
• Swim for 15 minutes
• Transition 1 for 10 minutes
• Ride a stationary bike for 15 minutes
• Transition 2 for 5 minutes
• Run on treadmill for 15 minutes
• Located at the Downtown YMCA
Endurance Triathlon:
• Swim for 30 minutes
• Transition 1 for 10 minutes
• Ride a stationary bike for 30 minutes
• Transition 2 for 5 minutes
• Run on treadmill for 30 minutes
• Located at the Downtown YMCA
Sprint Duathlon:
• Run on treadmill for 15 minutes
• Transition 1 for 5 minutes
• Ride a stationary bike for 15 minutes
• Transition 2 for 5 minutes
• Run on treadmill for 15 minutes
• Located at the Dunigan Family YMCA
