_ 2017 Race the River Triathlon:
Race the River Triathlon is a sprint distance triathlon designed on a relatively flat, short course. The swim is with the current in the river, paralleling the shoreline; the bike course is done in 2 laps, keeping participants close to the spectators. The run stays close to river's edge on an out and back course that end back at NIC for a spectator friendly finish line.
Directions:
Parking will be free at North Idaho College parking lots all day Saturday and Sunday. If you or your friends/family plan on leaving before 10:00 AM, please park in the lots at the North end of campus. The bike course uses College Avenue only. There is no athlete parking in the parking residence hall parking lot. (Please be respectful of these parking rules so the event will be welcomed each year)
