The St. Louis camp will be held July 23rd through the 27th 2008.

Course Information:

Perfect for athletes doing races in August and September like Pigman, Ironman Louisville, Canada and Wisconsin.

For most this will be the penultimate week of training leading into any of the races listed above.

July is hot and this is going to be a tough week of training in the area around greater St. Louis.

Other Info:

Special guest Nicole Burdge - Ironman Hawaii finisher and triathlon coach will be assisting with our St. Louis camp. See not only how the pros do it, but treat yourself to training like a pro for 5 days as well.

No distractions, no excuses and completely supported rides/runs and dedicated personal so that all you have to do is train your hardest and recover.

If you are serious about having your best race and putting an exclamation point on your end of summer events give yourself the best chance to be a success by joining the EnduraCamp - St. Louis. Dedicate yourself and commit to the event that will bring you to the next level.
