Join us Sunday, June 25, 2017 for the 4th annual MingoMan Traithlon and Duathlon presented by Mount Carmel. The event will be packed with heart-pounding action as a point-to-point traithlon starting with a swim in the reservoir of Delaware State Park, a bike race to the heart of Ohio, and finally an exciting run through the streets of Delaware, OH.
