- The swim is in the bay.The bike and run will be contested on roadsthrough scenic Long Beach Island and Beach Haven.The course is flat and fast.

Course Information:
The swim course will be in the bay at beautiful Bayview Beach Park
Fast and Flat 3 loop course with the turns 5 lanes wide
North on Long Beach Blvd, make a left at 65th street and then right on Bayview Ave go 6 blocks and makeleft on 59th street and first right on Barnegat Ave go 3 blocks and make right on 56th street and one block and make left onBayview Ave go 2 blocks turnaround and follow Bayview Ave back to 65th street and turnaround at water table(do loop again) go to 59th make left one block to Barnegat make right 3 blocks ad make right on 56th one block and make left on Bayvew Ave go 2 blocks turnaround and follow Bayview to 65th this time make left go 1 block to Long Beach Blvd and make right and go to park and make right and go up on boardwalk make left and finish on boardwalk.
