Your First Mud Run is one of the biggest and best mud run events designed for the entire family. This event is for beginners and first time mud runner.
And don’t forget that you can use our event as a fundraiser. We have the best mud run fundraiser system in the country where ANY CHARITY can raise money with our race. Any school, boys scout troop, girls scout troop, team, business, gymnastics club or any other organization can also use our great event as a fundraiser.
Our races are moderately difficult, but anyone can do it and EVERYONE is welcome who is 6 years old and up.
Course Information:
The Belleayre course runs through the ski slopes of the Bellayre Ski resort. The course is two loops and runs just under two miles. Portions include gravel, grass, woods and some pretty big hills. (it’s on a ski slope!) The race will feature approximately 10 – 12 obstacles.
Our kid’s course is the same as the adult course, only with smaller obstacles, and the whole family gets to run the race together. This is the most Family Friendly Mud Run in the country!
Directions:
Take the NYS Thruway (I-87) to Exit 19 - Kingston, NY. Follow Route 28 West for 37 miles to Highmount. Belleayre will be on the left hand side of the road at the top of the hill after passing the Village of Pine Hill. (approximately 2.5 hours North from NYC and 1.5 hours South from Albany).
From Points West or South
Follow Route 17 to East Branch. Then follow Route 30 to Route 28 East to Highmount. Belleayre is approximately 8 miles East of Margaretville and will be on the right hand side of the road after passing the Village of Fleischmanns.
From Philadelphia & New Jersey Area
NJ Garden State Parkway to the NYS Thruway (I-87) North to Exit 19 - Kingston. Take route 28 West to Highmount. Belleayre will be on the left hand side of the road at the top of the hill after passing the Village of Pine Hill.
From Washington & Baltimore Area
I-95 North to NJ Garden State Parkway to I-87 North to Exit 19 - Kingston, then to route 28 West to Highmount. Belleayre will be on the left hand side of the road at the top of the hill after passing the Village of Pine Hill.

Our courses are 1.5 - 2 miles and include 10 - 16 obstacles that are designed for adults and kids. If you ever thought about doing a mud run, ours is the perfect "first timer" event! Anyone 6 years old and up can participate in the fun! We are the largest "family friendly" and "first timer" Mud Run in the country!
