The indoor triathlon appeals to everyone from seasoned triathletes to first-timers because you set your own pace.
All of the action takes place in one convenient, weatherproof location...Lincoln-Way West High School.
Advanced entry closes Tuesday, March 7, 2017.
Individual fees are $35
Team relay fees are $70
ALL PROCEEDS will benefit the Crisis Center
Participants under the age of 18 must have parental consent
Course Information:
Swim
- The Swim portion (15:00) will be in the 25 yard indoor lap pool which is 3.5' to 5' deep
- Distance will be recorded to the nearest half lap
T-1: There will be a 10:00 transition before the Bike
Bike
- The bike portion (15:00) will be on a Life Fitness Exercise Bike
- Distance will be recorded on the digital display
T-2: There will be a 5:00 transition before the Run
Run
- The run portion (15:00) will be done on the Fieldhouse indoor track
- Distance will be recorded to the nearest tenth of a mile
