Alex Wake ’05 was a freshman at The Baldwin School when she was killed January 15, 2002 in a senseless act of domestic violence. Alex was a joyful and vibrant member of the community and an enthusiastic participant in school activities, including the Cross Country and Winter Track Teams. In her honor, Baldwin established the Alex Wake ’05 Memorial Scholarship Fund. The purpose of this endowed fund is to assist a qualified young woman such as Alex in the pursuit of a college preparatory education at The Baldwin School.

9:00 a.m. 5K Run and One Mile Fun Walk
The 5K Run/1M Walk will be a road race beginning and ending on the CAMPUS OF THE BALDWIN SCHOOL.
To receive your free t-shirt, please indicate your size(s) when registering. Only participants who register prior to April 15 are guaranteed shirts. NO DOGS please.

Important Parking Information and Restrictions Parking will not be available on the Baldwin campus on race day. Parking
will be available at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church (625 Montgomery Avenue) and Church of the Redeemer (230 Pennswood Road). Registration and Bib Pickup will be in front of the Baldwin Athletic Center. The race will begin at the balloon arches and loop through the neighborhood, ending through the Baldwin front gates and back to the finish line in front of the Athletic Center.
