This will be a high volume triathlon training camp, timed perfectly for the 70.3 race in Chattanooga. Athletes will experience the CHOO course along side professional coaches and other triathletes. We will provide tips, insight and training knowledge to prepare each athlete to reach their goals successfully. The weekend will consist of OWS in the river, rides & runs on the course as well as presentations on various topics such as race prep, strategy & recovery. This will also be an excellent preview for athletes competing in the 70.3 World Championship race in Chattanooga.
