Team DWTS Training Tarpon Springs supports women of all ages in their quest to get active and to get outdoors in a fun, safe, and encouraging setting. In addition, our race occurs on Mothers Day and we encourage mothers and their daughters (15 years old and up) to join us. Beginner triathletes and unfit individuals as well as experienced athletes will enjoy personalized instruction and challenging workouts tailored to their fitness level and experience. The team will include a Heart Zones Training program, two weekly coached group workouts and instruction on correct form, triathlon equipment, and triathlon training and racing methods.
