Danskin triathlon training twice a week beginning May 6th and running until the race on July 13th. You will be trained twice a week (1 1/2-2 hour sessions) for the Danskin Triathlon with a Heartzones USA Certified Coach and knowledgable workout leaders. We will be training in Southern Milwaukee County including open water swims and several workouts on the course in Pleasant Prairie

Looking for first time athletes and those triathletes looking to improve their past performance.
