- The Candy Cane 3K is a fun, festive Holiday themed race that takes place right before the annual Vero Beach Christmas Parade. The 3K (1.86 mile) course travels along the parade route and you will be cheered on by hundreds of spectators in the Holiday spirit. Amenities include moisture wicking shirts and custom medals for award winners. Due to the parade start at 6:00pm, there will be no Kid's Fun Run. There will be a brief awards ceremony held in Humiston Park before the Parade start.
