  • The Norway Triahtlon will take place starting at 8:30 am on July 19, 2008 and will be held at the lake Pennessewassee (Norway lake) public beach on route 118, Norway, Maine

  • The race will begin and end near the public beach.

  • The 1K swim will be atriangular course with a return to the public beach.

  • The 15K bike course is mostly flat and follow route 118 and the Greenwood Road into the foothills and return.

  • The 5K run will follow country roads overlooking the lake

    Directions:

  • In Maine take Gray exit 63 off Interstate 95 and take route 26 to Norway.
  • In Norway, turn onto route 117 through downtown Norway and past the lake merge onto route 118.
  • Look for the public beach sign on the right.
