Swim and run under the historic parachute jump, pass the NY Aquarium and around the Cyclone. The swim follows and out and back course along the shore on the boardwalk. Race start is near all the great restaurants and entertainment you need to make your race day.

The swim consists of an out an back loop along the shore. The first buoy is the .25 turn around for the half mile swim. The second buoy is the .5 mile turn around for the 1 mile swim. The third and last buoy is the 1 mile turn around for the 2 mile swim.
The run on the boardwalk starts by the transition area and consists of a 3.1 mile loop.
Coney Island is located in the southern most part of Brooklyn.
By Train:
Take the D, Q, N, or F train to Stillwell Ave. This takes about 45-60 minutes from midtown Manhattan.
By Bus:
B36 (Coney Island/Ave U)
B64 (Coney Island/Windsor Terrace)
By Car:
Take the Belt Parkway to exit 6. head south on Cropsey Ave. to West 17th Street. MCU Park and the Parachute Jump will be in front of you on Surf Avenue. Metered Parking is available along most streets. There are commercial parking lots on West 17th Street and West 12th Street between Mermaid and Surf, West 15th Street between the Boardwalk and Surf and on Neptune Avenue between West 12th and Stillwell Ave.
