The "It's About How You Live" Triathlon takes place at the Lake County Community Swimming pool and park. All courses will begin and end there. New this year is the Kids Triathlon! There will be age apporopriate distances for each age group and can be completed as a triathlon or duathlon. For 6 and under they will bike 1 mile and run 0.5 miles. Children ages 7-10 years will swim 100 meters, bike 2 miles, and run 1 mile. Children ages 11-15 years will swim 200 meters, bike 2 miles, and run 1 mile. Adults will swim 475 meters, bike 12.45miles, and run 3.2 miles. Come on out for a fun family involved day supported our local Home Health and Hospice. We hope to see you there!
