The BoMoTri is in its 3rd year. A pleasant, small town event designed to motivate local health seekers to train and complete the event, the BoMoTri has become a Missouri Favorite. A crisp 400 meter swim in the city's state-of-the-art Aquatic Center followed by a 15-mile bike on the wide shoulder of HWY 87 and ending with a 3.1 mile run through historic neighborhoods. Chip timing enhances the bike/run portion which includes T-2 and is added to the individual's swim time. T-1 is not included in the time.

400 meter POOL swim
15 mile bike (on wide hwy shoulder)
3.1 mile run (in city streets neighborhood)
Directions:
Boonville is located on I-70 in the middle of the state between Kansas City and St. Louis. Event is sponsored by the Boonslick Heartland YMCA and is hosted at the Lion's Club Aquatic Center at 1101 Bingham Road.
