The 30th Annual Roman Rumble 5K and 2 Mile Health Walk are held in the beautiful Ridgeferry Park in Rome, Georgia and involve NO PUBLIC ROADS! 5K and 2 Mile Health Walk both follow a scenic paved path along the Oostanaula River. The event also benefits Harbor House, The Northwest Georgia Child Advocacy Center, that serves children who may have been abused and are in need of valuable support services.
Event details and schedule
Race day registration will open at 6:45 am and will run until 7:45 am. The 5K start is at 8:00 am with the walk starting at 8:02 am. You must sign a waiver on line or at the park before participating in the event. Please remember that the race is based out of the Shoals side of Ridgeferry Park and this section has it's own entrance and is closest to the Fuddruckers end of Riverside Parkway. There will be event signs at the entrance to this side of the park. Packet pickup will take place on Friday Sept. 16th from 12 noon til 6pm at Pro Performance/100 Broad Street Rome.
