Join us for a 4 loop 3.1 mile course around the lake at Eagle Rock!
compete as an individual or a 2, 3, or 4 person relay team.
· There will be a 2hr15min cut-off time in place.
. The event will be electronically timed by ankle bracelet.
· We will follow the USAT Rules re-guarding wet suits.
· All proceeds benefit the Hazleton YMCA/YWCA age group swim team.

8:00 am to 8:30 am - Race Day Registration / Body Marking
8:30 am to 8:45 am - Waterfront open for Warm-up swim
8:40 - Safety Briefing at Waterfront (required by all athletes)
8:45 am - 5K Swim Start
11:15 am - Awards.
