Great family event for everyone from the Beginner to the seasoned athlete. The entire event takes place at Sterling on the Lake in Flowery Branch, GA. The adult wave starts at 7:30 am and kids start at 8:00 am...And every participant recieves a Tech shirts & Finisher awards to all participants. Adult awards to the top 3 Male & Female, top 3 Masters Male & Female, as well as 3 deep in all the usual age groups (19 & Under through 75+). Kid awards to the top three in each age group.

| Registration: | Kids Triathlon: $40 Early Bird (register by 7/22), $45 Regular (register by 8/20). Adult Triathlon: $30. All participants registered by 8/16 are guaranteed a T-shirt & goody bag. Race day registrations are welcome for $5 additional. |
| Adults: | YES!!! We're going to be doing an adult division again. Adults will start at 7:30 am, and will do the same course & distances as the 12-14 year olds. This would be considered a Super Duper Sprint. It will all be in good fun, with times & finisher medals, and awards just to the 3 fastest men & 3 fastest women. Yes, you'll get a shirt (adult fit), as long as you register by 8/16. |

| Swim Leg: | The swim will be in a 25 yard pool. Athletes will start one at a time every 30 seconds. |
| Bike & Run Legs: | The bike leg will be in a portion of the subdivision that has minimal homes and will be closed to any traffic. The run legs will be along the paved walking trails and the sidewalks. |
| Distances: | 12 - 14...swim 137 yd, bike 3.5 mi, run 1.25 mi; |
| 10 & 11...swim 112, bike 2.75 mi, run 1 mi; | |
| 8 & 9...swim 87 yd, bike 2 mi, run .75 mi; | |
| 6 & 7...swim 62 yd, bike 1.58 mi, run .5 mi; | |
| 5 & under...swim 35, bike .75, run .2 | |
| Volunteers: | You DON'T have to, but we would love for you to help us out during the event. We'll have you along the course, so you can help make sure everyone is safe, and you'll still be able to watch. |
| Five Star Triathlon Championships | Top Finishers will be eligible to participate in the Five Star Triathlon Championships to be held on October 10, 2015. More information to come. |
| Five Star Turkey Trot: | All participants are automatically qualified for free entry into the Five Star Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot. |
| Event Courtesy Policy | Our events are designed to be fun and for the entire family. With that in mind any competitor, spectator, parent, volunteer, or sponsor, exhibiting unsportsmanlike conduct or interfering with the positive, competitive atmosphere of the event will be asked to leave the venue and course immediately with no refunds. |
