2-Mile Run - 15-Mile Bike - 2-Mile Run
Running course is flat out and back. Bike course has challenging hills.
Directions:
Loud Thunder Forest Preserve is located off IL Rte 92, about 5 miles southwest of Andalusia, IL. From Interstate 280, take Rte 92 exit west. Follow 92 through Andalusia to Loud Thunder (turn right at top of hill). Follow Loud Thunder Road west past the lake. At the top of the hill, follow the signs to the Horse Corral.

Fat Tire Division: tire width must be minimum 1.9' and bike must have flat bar.
Teams are two person: one runner and one biker.

* Fully secured ANSI-approved helmets are required while on the bike course.
* There is no drafting or support vehicles allowed on the bike course.
* This is not a completely closed course and is open to some traffic.
