*No registrations will be accepted the day of the tri.

*Helmets are required for biking.

*Each leg of the tri will begin and end at the Seneca Aquatice Center

*Splits will not be timed, just overall time.

*Race day packet pick-up between 9:00-9:15

*12 person start waves, with the first wave starting at 9:30 am

*The maps for the bike and run route will be emailed.
