The Backcountry Run for 2016 has an all new format with new shorter distances- 3mile and 9.5 mile runs. The start time has also been moved to 9am. This is the year to set new course records and have all participants at the end for a fun awards and refreshment party!
Event details and schedule
There is no race day registration. Active.com registration closes at midnight 7/13 for 30.00 Late registration is $30 on 7/14 and $40 on 7/15 at The Elephant's Perch shop ONLY until 6pm. Packet pick up is Friday 7/15 from 10-6pm at the shop and before 845 am at the race start. Race starts promptly at 9am this year! There is no parking at the race start so allow time to walk/jog from parking area approximately one mile away.
