38th Annual 4th of July Run in the Parks
Run in the Parks is a 4th of July Tradition! Races are held through the Crown Valley Community and Laguna Niguel Regional Parks and benefits the YMCA Scholarship Program. Race registration includes a t-shirt, runner or dog goodie bag, pancake breakfast ticket, children’s medals and awards for 1st-3rd place finishers in each division. The race is located at the YMCA within Crown Valley Community Park. The address is 29831 Crown Valley Parkway in Laguna Niguel. From the 5 freeway, exit Crown Valley and turn west. The YMCA will be on the right hand side about 3 miles off the freeway. Race begins at the Crown Valley Community Park soccer fields.
When you finish the 5K and/or 10K race please exit the race path and turn left across the bridge. There will be a post-race party with food, DJ, face painting, awards, pancake breakfast, etc. found at the soccer fields. Your pancake breakfast ticket is inside your goodie bag. Extra breakfast tickets can be bought for $5 at the event via the Chamber of Commerce.
