Course Information:
1/2 mile swim in the bay- temperature generally in the very high 60's or very low 70's.
3 mile FLAT run
Directions:
Wantagh Parkway or Meadowbrook Parkway to Ocean Parkway East. Approximately 3.5 miles east of Jones Beach
