The Umph Relay will be a unique and fun way for families, groups of friends, age-groupers, and die-hard athletes alike to enjoy a weekend-long multi-sport relay event in Corvallis, OR. The pool swim takes place Friday evening, the 5-loop bike course starts and ends at a vineyard on Saturday, and the 10-loop run is based at a farm on Sunday. Each day will conclude with a social event. By the end of the weekend, each team will have completed the equivalent of an Iron-distance triathlon.
