- Trail winds through forests along scenic Bearskin Trail with views of 3 lakes in beautiful Minocqua, WI. 1/2 Marathon and 5K runs are professionally chip timed. 1/2M starts at 7:30am with buses available at Torpy Park from 6:15-6:30 to take racers to starting line. Water stations every 2 miles; bathrooms at start, halfway and finish. 5K starts at 8:00am near Torpy. 1K Cubby Run at 7:45 for boys/girls age 9 and under; participants receive Cubby Pack and bear paw pin. Complimentary food & refreshments at the “Bear Stop Inn.”
