2016 Maple City Triathlon:
A beautiful small town race in Upstate NY on the beautiful St. Lawrence River!
Course Information:
Swim:
• The swim occurs out of the main boat launch in Ogdensburg NY.
• 1/3 of the course taks place in 4 feet of water on top of a natural sandbar.
Bike:
• The bike is a gentle out and back along Route 37 towards Morristown, NY.
Run:
• The 5k out and back run takes place predominately on the beautiful Maple City Trail!
