5K trail and obstacle run through Fort Defiance State Park. Mulitple heats for different ability levels. Start off in the prairie section going through obstacles involving climbing, crawling and agility. The second half is down in a ravene where runners will cross over creeks, climb hills and navigate the tough terrain. Finish with an uphill for a fun but challenging 5k!
