Triathlon and Open Water Swim season is FAST approahcing! Don't miss this chance to improve your freestyle technique and shave down your swim time. These swim clinics focus on speed, stroke, hydrodynamics, and strengthening your open water and freestyle swimming skills. The clinics are designed for ALL levels - whether you're an experienced and competitive open water swimmer or prepping for your first triathlon. Our Swim Coach, Dave Tanaglia, was 10th out of the water at Ironman Kona and was a Top 3 or better overall finisher at La Jolla, Santa Cruz, Coronado, and Trans-San Francisco Bay open water swims. You won't be let down at these swim clinics! His coaching style is laid back and focused on effeciency to increase your speed while conserving energy. Come join us! Your entry fees will be donated to the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America. Price is $15 per clinic. Swim Clinics will be held at the Byron Park District indoor pool.
