Project Lifesaver "Mustache To Save A Life"
5K/8K Race & 1 Mile Fun Run
This is James City County Police Department's Inaugural
"Mustache To Save A Life" 8K & 5K Run and 1 Mile Fun Run.
Have fun while helping to raise money and awareness for Project Life Saver.
Project Lifesaver is a program for citizens with dementia, autism, Alzheimer's
or other traumatic brain injury that may cause the person to wander and not
be able to find their way back home. A bracelet with a radio frequency is placed
on the person that assists first responders in locating the person should they
wander away.
