Course Information:
Sprint Triathlon: 500 meter swim 10 mile bike 5k run

[br]My First Tri: 300 meter swim 10 mile bike 2mi run
[br]
[br]Duathlon: 2 mile run 10 mile bike 2 mile run
[br]
[br]Transition will be open from 5:30am - 7:00am.
[br]
[br]Course Notes: NO SWIMMING IN LAKE ALLOWED PRIOR TO RACE!!
[br]
[br]Swim will be in an excellent spectator friendly lake with viewing points from several areas.
[br]
[br]Bike is on clean urban roads. The course is slightly hilly but fast. Each major intersection and turn around will be traffic controlled with directional assistance.
[br]
[br]The run course is fairly flat and fast. Aid stations will be located approximately every 1 mile. Each aid station is equipped with water and Accelerade.

[br]The course officially closes at 10am for all participants
