2016 Indy Ultimate:
• Experience downtown Indianapolis like never before. The Indy Ultimate, presented by the Central Indiana Community Foundation, is an urban adventure race scheduled for April 30. Participants will run or walk a route that travels in and out of venues, including Carroll Stadium, Victory Field, Lucas Oil Stadium, Bankers Life Fieldhouse and the Indiana State Museum. Each venue will feature a themed challenge, such as kicking a field goal at Lucas Oil Stadium or running the bases at Victory Field. The route will also incorporate several other Indianapolis landmarks such as the White River State Park, the Indiana War Memorial and the Canal Walk. Participants will go up, around and down steps at the Indiana War Memorial. An obstacle course will be set up in the American Legion Mall. The Arts Council of Indianapolis will set up art activities on the Canal Walk. The route is approximately 6 miles. Social media will be a big part of the Indy Ultimate, with selfies and photo opportunities along the course.#ConquerIndy
