Ages 5-10 100 yard swim in the pool, 2 mile bike, 1K run (bike and run along lakeshore path)
Ages 11-14 200 yard swim in the pool, 4 mile bike, 2K run (bike and run along lakeshore path)
All participants must wear ANSI approved bike helmets.
