This is an excellent beginner triathlon or an opportunity for a Sprint PR! The swim is in the Kingsport Aquatic Center Lazy River WITH the current!!!
You can participate as an individual or as part of a relay. Athena (women > 164lbs) and Clydesdale (men > 219lbs) categories are also available.
Swim - 300 meters WITH the current in the Lazy River. Individual starts every 5 seconds.
Bike - 5.5 miles of rolling hills
Run - 3 miles on the hilly back 9 of the Cattails Golf Course

This is a USATriathlon sanctioned event. If you do not have a USAT license you will be required to
purchase a $15 one-day license for
insurance purposes.
