TriYouthalon and Philadelphia Parks & Recreation are pleased to be kicking off the 5th Annual Hunting Park Family Fun & Fitness Day! 

We are proud to host this Family Triathon but please remember to bring all of the family to the races, including family friends too! This race is a challenge for kids of all abilities, adults entering the sport of Triathlon, families racing together or kids/adults having fun racing on their own.  

Finishing medals and race T-shirts are given to all racers.  

This race is pleased to be part of the USAT/Mid-Atlantic Youth Triathlon Series for racers 15 & under! 

This race will have digital timing and track the finish order within each age group. This is a competative USAT sanctioned race & prizes will be awarded to the top 3 finishers in each age group.

Awards will be given out at the conclusion of the race but racers must be present to collect any award they may have won. 

Be sure to stay for the awards ceremony because all racers are eligible for prizes and give aways.  

Awards will be given out for the following age groups:

7-8 year old Boys & Girls, 9-10 year old Boys & Girls, 11-12 year old Boys & Girls, 13-14 year old Boys & Girls, 15-16 year old Boys & Girls, 20 & under Men & Women,  then Men & Women every 5 years up to 75 years old and finally Men & Women over 75.

Age 7-10        50 meters      3 mile       1/2 mile

Age 11-17     150 meters     6 mile        1 mile

18 & Over     150 meters     6 mile         1 mile

PLEASE NOTE:  This event is conducted on a closed course.

Transition opens at 7 am

Transition closes and Pre-races meeting begins at 8 am

Please remember that parents are not allowed in transition to help their racers during the race. 

Parking is available on the perimeter of the park and in the the parking lot off of Old York Road. 

Please allow yourself extra time to walk in to the park.
