Always wanted to try a triathlon? Then this is the way to get those feet wet or maybe you are the tri-athlete that needs some good indoor training during the fall months, either way this event is for you.

Start your Saturday morning off with an indoor swim for 10 minutes, then take off spinning for 30 minutes and finish your event running for 20 minutes. You will then be greeted with yummy food provided by our sponsor Ever Fresh Fruit Co., who will also provide the cool shirt, swim cap and goodie bag.

Registration deadline is October 1st or when the waves fill up. Which ever comes first!


Event details and schedule

 Waves include up to six participants. All waves have an assigned Wave master who will lead you through your Triathlon.

Swim caps must be worn during the swim portion (unless you have no hair) and they are provided in your pick up packet. Spectators are not allowed on the pool deck to watch. There is a limited amount of space outside the Spin room and near the Treadmills for viewing. Please arrive at the assigned check in time promptly. First check in at the check in desk and then be available for a short meeting with your Wave Master.

Divisions:

Open Male/Female (13-29)

Open Male/Female (30-39)

Open Male/Female (40-49)

Master Male/Female (50+)

Top finisher in each division will be awarded a medal.

What you get: Shirt, swim cap, after event goodies and a great experience.

Course Information:1st wave starts at 8am

· 10-min. lap swim*

· 10-min. transition from swim to bike

· 30-min. bike in spin room

· 5-min. transition from bike to run

· 20-min. treadmill run

Scoring: Performance is measured by distance you cover in each of the three legs. The more distance you cover, the higher your score

Important Information: Wave start time, packet pick up date & official race rules will be e-mailed to you. Space is limited to a maximum of 36 participants.
