Welcome to the 7th Annual Omaha Triathlon!

Each year hundreds adults and kids will enjoy the calm waters of Glenn Cunningham Lake before biking along a fantastic and challenging rolling bike course. Then, athletes put on their running shoes for an out-and-back run around Lake Cunningham and the surrounding area.

Bring the family to Omaha and make it a Triathlon weekend. The weekend offers several Multi-Sport events:

July 16th (Saturday) - Omaha Kids Triathlon. The Kids race at the same venue as the adults.

The distances of the Triathlon will vary with ages.

July 17th (Sunday) - Omaha Triathlon. Offering Olympic Distance, Sprint Distance, AquaBike and Team Relay.

Sprint Distance Triathlon:

750 Meter swim, 20K bike, and a 5K run.

Olympic Distance Triathlon (Individual and Team):

1500 Meter swim, 40K bike, and a 10K run.

AquaBike:

1500 Meters and bike is 40K.

Swim Course

All athletes will swim in Glenn Cunningham Lake. It will be an in-water start and will have wave assignments.

Bike Course

All athletes will ride the same out-and-back bike course with turn around points clearly marked. This is one of a few Triathlons that has a bike route on a CLOSED COURSE. Having a closed course will make riding the challenging course more enjoyable!

Run Course

All athletes will run the same out-and-back bike course with turn around points clearly marked.

Refund Policy

No refund or transfers are given for any reason. Considerable effort goes into producing such an event and funds are expended early in the process to create this race. Thank you for understanding this policy.

We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in Nebraska providing multi-sport events for Women, Adults and Kids. At Mimran Event Management we promote a healthy and active lifestyle for youth and adults one event at a time.
