Whenever possible, we make every effort to accommodate participants.

The Fall Sprint Triathlon is held on the first Sunday after Labor Day, and is a great way to wrap-up your triathlon season or to challenge yourself as your end of summer fitness goal.
Racers can self seed into elite, age group, or individual time-trial starts.

Kids Triathlon: Saturday, September 10, 2016
Get the whole family involved! Sign up young athletes who aren't yet ready to take on longer distances for our Kids Triathlon.
Distances vary according to age categories. Goldfish (6 and under) swim 25m, bike 150m, and run 100m. Dolphins (10 and under) swim 100m, bike 3 miles, and run 1 mile. Sharks (14 and under) swim 200m, bike 4.5 miles, and run 2 miles.
To ensure the safest race possible and to allow parents the best views of their young triathletes, the Kids courses are completely contained within Hawk Island Park and volunteers are available to help throughout the course.
Thank you!
Proceeds from this event support South Lansing Community Development Association's efforts to increase outdoor recreational opportunities, encourage physical activity, increase access to fresh foods, and improve overall community health. Check us out at southlansing.org
