Always wanted to run a road race? Designed for the beginner runner, this 9 week program will get you up and moving ? just in time for the spring race season. Each session will include some strength training as well as build up your running time. All you need is running shoes and the desire to run a 5K. Classes will be 30-45 minutes long. Program will culminate with runners participating in the Sunday to Sundae 5K race in Freeport on June 5 (runners must register separately for this). Participants should bring a water bottle to class.
