Toughest Sprint Triathlon on CAPE COD…

There are more than enough "typical" sprint triathlons and duathlons out there. How about a true test to end your 2016 triathlon season? A .25-mile pond swim in 60-degree water (for duathletes: a 2-mile killer trail run). 9 miles on your road bike climbing a total of 1000 vertical feet. A 3-mile technical trail run through the woods of Nickerson State Park starting with an 18% hill descent and a deep-sand beach sprint.
