This race series is designed to test your ability to run four different races in a twenty-four hour period. Your time in each of the four events will be added together to determine your place for the Aching Quad Challenge. If that doesn't appeal to you, just pick one race and sign up for that one individually or better yet create a team.

PACKET PICK-UP
Packet pick-up will be available on Thursday September 15 between 4 - 8 pm at:
Fitniche, 1523 Town Center Drive, Lakeland FL 33802
Race packet pickup and registration will be held at each race site at least one hour before the start of that race for those doing only single events.
The first race is a 5K around Lake Hollingsworth, starting at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 16
The second race is a l-mile sprint around Lake Morton at 7 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 17
The third race is a 2-mile loop around Lake Hunter at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday at Drane Park.
The fourth and final race is the same 5K run course around Lake Hollingsworth, starting at 7 p.m.
All courses are flat on pavement or sidewalk. The Lake Hunter course does reward participants with a tough little hill near the finish.
