- The fields of the historic Nash Ranch set the stage for the annual Mud Run where you will experience the best Mother Nature has to offer.  This fun course will challenge your body and your tolerance for getting down right dirty!  Among others, you can expect to slither through mud pits, scale wooden obstacles, slide down a mud hill, swim across a pond, and dash through a corn maze on your quest to conquer all of the challenges. 

Should you choose, this year's race will include four optional challenges for you to experience as well as an optional lap around the lake. 

Don't miss out on more mud, more food, more music and more family activities ~ including the Nash Ranch Pumpkin Patch and train.

Team captains: You must enter the emails of your team members during registration so that they will receive their own confirmation and updates on the race!

Event details and schedule

Race packets may be picked up from 10 am to 6 pm on Thursday, October 1st and Friday, Sept 23rdat Fitness Express, 1671 Hartnell Avenue, Redding or the day of the event on Saturday,  October 3rd from 2:00-3:00

Race begins at 4:00 pm with 20 person waves starting every 15 minutes.  We recommend you arrive 1 hour before the race to accomodate for parking and enjoy pre-race activities. 

You should bring a fresh set of clothes (including shoes) and a plastic bag to put your muddy stuff in.  We'll have a great way for you to rinse off before you change.

As much as we love animals, please leave your pets home.  Remember, it can still be hot this time of year and leaving your pets in the car can be fatal!  Registered service animals are welcome anytime.
