Our 1st annual Rock Run 5k & 50 Yard Dash at Adventure Park this year will be in honor of the legacy of David Bowie and benefit Easter Sealsprograms in our area! Easter Seals invites you to comeout and run for individuals with special needs! The morning will kick off with a 50 yard dash for children ages 3-6 followed by a 50 Yard dash for our participants with special needs. After the 50 yard dash, you can walk or run in the 5k with a rockin’ party to follow with awards for top runners, dashers, fundraisers and best costume!
Course Information:
Course is 3.1 times around a 1-mile paved fitness trail, part flat & hill, has both open and wooded sections. Buddy recommended for participants with wheelchairs due to slope.
