Saturday, April 23, 2016 at 8:30 a.m. Walk, jog, or run ... just cross the finish line and celebrate with your choice of a beer or mimosa. Whether you are a seasoned runner or beginner, or don't run at all, bring the whole gang out for this family fun event! Ladies, wear your Kentucky Derby-style hats and be let us be the judge of the fanciest during our post-race festivities. Got breakfast? We've got you covered ... in flying flapjacks! Chris Cakes will be on hand to flip an unlimited amount of pancakes your way. Non-runners can enjoy breakfast for $7.50. 12 and under $5. Kids can participate in the Derby Dash for FREE and enjoy other activities planned by our Student Council. Adults can try their luck at various games and bid to win on some amazing silent auction items!
Course Information:
Timed 5K run and walk beginning and ending at St. John Neumann Catholic School, 142 Wilma Drive, Maryville, Illinois, along Madison County Transit Schoolhouse Trail (asphalt).
Directions:

Take the ramp to I-70 E Entering Illinois
Continue onto I-70 E
Take exit 15B to merge ontoIL-159 N/Vandalia Sttoward Maryville
Continue to follow IL-159 N
Turn left onto Maryville Town Center Dr
Turn left onto Wilma Dr

AWARDS: Top male and female receive trophy. Top three male and female in each age group will receive medals.
